Custom made ukulele from the Big Island of Hawaii. This was the first Ukulele that Papa constructed at the Donkey Mill Art Guild under the direction of Sam Rosen.
This Pineapple Style Ukulele was custom designed from eco-friendly naturally fallen wood from the Peruvian Rain Forest. Various woods including: ishpingo, manchinga, ziricote, bocote and ebony was used for this instrument.
Kumalee Style Soprano Uke
This custom made Ukulele was saved and recycled from the famous King Kamehameha Hotel on the Big Island of Hawaii. The Ukulele is solid Koa and is a John Kumalae style instrument.
This Pineapple Style Ukulele was made from several Hawaiian woods including: curly mango, mahogany, and koa. This handcrafted Uke also has rope binding.
This handcrafted Soprano Style Ukulele was made from Hawaiian Curly Koa. This Uke also has rope binding and also a rope lined sound hole and an ebony fret board and bridge.
These custom Ukuleles were made from locally fallen sycamore wood from San Luis Obispo County, CA. The pair were constructed with Papa's grand children in mind.
